REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
- The registration form must be filled by author/participant.
- The registration fee is subjected to the deadline which is indicated as “early, regular, On the spot”.
- If you register as a student, please include a copy of your valid student ID as a proof document.
- Submission of abstract/papers should be regarded as a commitment such that, if accepted, at least one author of the paper will try their best to register and attend the conference; otherwise, their contribution will not be published in the proceedings.
- Upon acceptance of Full Paper (after peer review), the authors would be required to fill a copyright form.
- Only selected papers would be published in HEC Recognized Journal. The conference team would contact corresponding authors of selected papers for further process of publication. The authors may also be requested to submit their revised version (an extended form etc.) of paper as per requirements of the journal.
- The conference may charge extra Fees if the paper is selected for publication in HEC recognized journal.
The organizer committee retains the right to change the conference date and location in the event of force majeure, based on the first principle of participant safety. Participants must comply with and cooperate with the organizing committee’s choice.
